Lionel T. Harris, CFA
Chairman of the Board
Lionel Harris has been a Director at Geode Capital Management since 2021. Mr.Harris has been a Strategic Advisor to Fidelity Investments’ Human Resources Enterprise Group, focusing on employee diversity and engagement, since July 2018. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 30 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries. Since July 2018, Mr. Harris has also served on the board of Southeastern Grocers, a Florida-based food retailer. During the preceding 13 years, Mr. Harris was a Portfolio Manager at Fidelity Management & Research Company (FMR Co.), the investment advisor for Fidelity’s family of mutual funds. Before joining Fidelity, Mr. Harris served as a Research Project Manager at Cambridge Associates, Inc. In this capacity, Mr. Harris researched, authored and managed dozens of investment publications, including “High-Yield Bonds” and “Putable Bond Strategies”, which formed a basis for asset allocation decisions for over 150 endowed institutions. He has been in the investment industry since 1989. He is a CFA charterholder.

Bob Minicus
Bob Minicus has been a Director at Geode Capital Management since 2020. Mr. Minicus has over 37 years of experience in the industry. He was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer at Geode. Prior to joining Geode in 2021, he served as Head of Asset Management Compliance, Risk and Business Operations at Fidelity Management & Research Co. (FMR Co). During his nearly 20-year tenure with FMR Co, Mr. Minicus contributed across a variety of leadership roles, including Head of Global Equity Trading for FMR Co, as part of the Equity Senior Management Team and most recently on the Asset Management Senior Management Team. He has also served for over a decade on the Cathedral High School Board of Directors. Cathedral’s mission is to deliver a rigorous and holistic education to the diverse community of South Boston and surrounding areas, regardless of the family’s ability to pay.

Philip Bullen, CFA
Philip Bullen has been a Director at Geode Capital Management since 2017. Mr. Bullen has over 40 years of experience in the asset management industry as both a President/CEO and Chief Investment Officer. He has a broad investment experience across multiple asset classes including alternative investments. Mr. Bullen is a director of USA Pickleball. He was previously a member of the Deans Advisory Board at the Boston University School of Education, been a Trustee of Boston University, chair of the BU Investment Committee, a trustee and member of the investment committee at the Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary, a director of Aviva US, an advisor to the Man Group PLC, and a director of the Boston Society of Security Analysts. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the South Florida Society of Security Analysts.

Michael Even, CFA
Michael Even has been a Director at Geode Capital Management since 2020. Mr. Even currently serves as: a Director of Investment Research and Strategy for FaithInvest; an Investment Committee member for Whitehead Institute; an Advisor for CircleUp; an Advisory Committee Member for KingsCrowd; an Advisory Board Member for Lumint Corporation; a Director and member of the Investment Committee for Osmosis Investment Management; an Advisor for Forge.AI; and a member of the Investment Committee of the Massachusetts Pension Reserves Management Board. Previously, he served as the Chairman and CEO of Man Numeric. Prior to Man Numeric, Mr. Even worked at Citigroup for nine years overseeing investment teams running nearly $500B in client assets. Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. Even spent 13 years at Independence Investment Associates in Boston. He is a CFA charterholder.

Alok Kapoor
Alok Kapoor has been a Director at Geode Capital Management since 2022. He was previously with Fidelity Investments from 2009 through 2019, most recently serving as Head of Advanced Process Solutions. Mr. Kapoor has over 30 years of experience in infrastructure technology, including roles as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Infrastructure and Chief Technology Officer. Since 1989, Mr. Kapoor has held various technology and infrastructure roles at Fidelity, Merrill Lynch, Harris Corporation and Trade.com. He has broad experience in delivery and execution across vast technology infrastructure portfolios including data centers, mainframes and market data. Mr. Kapoor is a Board Member for Boston Partners in Education and serves as a Trustee at his fraternity’s national foundation, The Kappa Delta Rho Foundation. His current focus is on targeted investing, philanthropy, and his family.

Kim Kenly
Kim Kenly has been a Director at Geode Capital Management since 2012. Mr. Kenly currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Rosemont Investment Partners, LLC and as a Senior Advisor for Lexington Wealth Management. He previously served as Managing Director of North American Sales and Marketing for Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo, LLC (GMO). Prior to GMO, he served as Managing Director of U.S. Sales and Marketing for Credit Suisse First Boston Investment Management Group. He also served as a Director for PanAgora Asset Management. He led the development and launch of the Structured Investment Products Group (the predecessor of PanAgora) within The Boston Company. He also served as the President, Board of Trustees, for the Cardigan Mountain School in Canaan, NH, where he is currently a Trustee.

Arlene Rockefeller, CFA
Arlene Rockefeller has been a Director at Geode Capital Management since 2011. Ms. Rockefeller is on the Board of Advisors for Valsresso, LLC, a fintech company. Ms. Rockefeller was a partner at TruColor Capital Management, LLC from 2011 to 2013. Ms. Rockefeller previously worked at State Street Global Advisors in various management and portfolio management positions for 28 years. She most recently served as Global Equities CIO where she was responsible for active quantitative equities teams located in seven countries. Prior to her role as Global Equities CIO, Ms. Rockefeller served as the Head of Global Equities where she managed active and passive equity teams. She previously served as Head of Enhanced where she focused on the retention of assets and growth. Ms. Rockefeller has over 40 years of investment industry experience. She is a CFA charterholder.

Eric D. Roiter
Eric Roiter has been a Director at Geode Capital Management since 2013. Mr. Roiter previously was a Lecturer in Law at Boston University School of Law. In addition, from 1997 to June 2008, he served as Senior VP and General Counsel of Fidelity Management & Research Company. In this role, Mr. Roiter was responsible for supervising and providing legal advice and representation for all aspects of Fidelity’s mutual fund business. From 1985 to 1997, Mr. Roiter was a corporate partner with Debevoise & Plimpton, specializing in securities and financial services law. Previously, Mr. Roiter was with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., serving in various legal positions, including Assistant General Counsel from 1979 to 1981.

Jennifer Stonestreet Uhrig
Jennifer Uhrig has been a Director at Geode Capital Management since 2013. Ms. Uhrig is currently a Senior Advisor at Fidelity Management & Research Company, where she is Senior Managing Director of Fine Structure Ventures, a venture capital fund investing in disruptive science. She also serves on the Board of Directors of COLT Technology Services where she chairs the Audit committee and on the Board of Directors of eMoney Advisor, Hedron Space, and Finwave Semiconductor. Previously, Ms. Uhrig worked in various roles at Fidelity as an equity analyst and fund manager for 22 years. In her diversified portfolio manager assignments, Ms. Uhrig managed start-up products as well as assets up to $38 billion and consistently outperformed the benchmark on all of her funds. She joined Fidelity in 1987 as a research analyst covering the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Fidelity, Ms. Uhrig was a research associate for Fred Alger Management from 1983 to 1985.

Thomas M. Sprague
Thomas Sprague has been a Director at Geode Capital Management since 2019. Mr. Sprague worked at Fidelity Investments for 17 years as an equity analyst, then equity portfolio manager, and finally as the Group Leader of Fidelity's Growth Equity team. Now retired, he remains an active investor and avid follower of investment markets. He sits on the Board of Covenant Trust Company (Chicago, IL) and the Foundation of Sturdy Memorial Hospital (Attleboro, MA). Earlier in his career, Mr. Sprague was an Industrial Engineer at the Eastman Kodak Company of Rochester, NY. He has a a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering and Operations Research from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School.
