Research Internships

Geode is currently offering internship opportunities to join our quantitative research team. Our research interns work alongside quantitative analysts and developers to assist with the development of systematic trading and investment strategies.

Our twelve-week internship program provides college and graduate students with challenging and meaningful opportunities to learn about quantitative finance and asset management while gaining hands-on experience. Geode recruits interns year-round in a rotational program at our office in downtown Boston.
 

Responsibilities

  • Develop research trading and investment strategies in close collaboration with quantitative analysts and developers

  • Contribute to development and maintenance of research infrastructure

  • Assist in identification of trading ideas

 

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and programming skills

  • Collaborative, works well as part of a team in a collegial environment and on individual assignments 

  • High energy, strong work ethic

  • Thrives in an intense and dynamic organization
