Geode was originally founded as a subsidiary of Fidelity Investments® and was spun out as an independent entity in 2003. Geode manages global equity, credit and commodity strategies as well as a variety of absolute return strategies including global market neutral, statistical arbitrage, convertible arbitrage, and global relative value. As of March 31, 2010, assets under management exceeded $81 Billion, including sub-advised index and enhanced index mandates.
